When we started the Easy Checklist project in the first half of 2014, our audit had about 400 items. Just over 6 months after the tool use was started, our audit was reduced to about 120 evaluation items. This was due to two reasons: a large number of the problems that occurred before were no longer identified, thanks to their constant verification; we also identified redundant items that were eventually eliminated.
Another extremely positive factor we obtained with the use of the Easy Checklist was that only 60 days of tool use, we were able to triple the number of stores audited during the week without increasing the Audit team. The financial gain on this item has already been enough to guarantee the system investment.
Just 4 months after start using the Easy Checklist, we did verify a store evaluation time reduction: only 2 units were evaluated per week and this number was increased to 5. Each audit time that was around 2 hours, now has reduced to 30 minutes approximately.
With the Easy Checklist we have total mobility at the store which gave us more agility to evaluate each store area. Nowadays the commercial area has an efficient management tool. The information quality is incomparable and the system is very intuitive and dynamic.
The best example of how Easy Checklist helped us with the operation improvement was that through audits accomplished with this tool, was identified that the medium waiting time at the cash queue was too high (15 minutes approximately).
We identified the problem and we created an Action Plan to solve it. The result was awesome because less than 4 days the medium waiting time has reduced to 3 minutes.
We needed to standardize what should be checked during store visits. Easy Checklist solved that. Today the result comes to the customer and we can see that there is a comeback.

Less than 1 year using the Easy Checklist, was possible to verify that the cost and the paper utilization were reduced practically to zero! The Easy Checklist is a tool that we implemented in 2015. Before our audits were performed manually. The Easy Checklist came to qualify our information and expedite our analysis of network standardization, making it easier to make decisions for results and improvements.

The Easy Checklist helps us in Preventive Maintenance, with daily vehicle checks as much as with Constant Trainings, because the Driving Instructor registers at the platform all information about completed trainings to the other drivers. Thus, with the association between Via Lácteos and Easy Checklist, we saw that we are in the right way to Zero Accidents.
The Easy Checklist, in addition to eliminate the paper accumulation problem, brings much more information than the previous management method. We were able to eliminate the time lost in tabulating data and improved the tracking of the pending issues. Because it is a simple system it reduced the learning curve of our team. Today Supervision work is much more standardized, practically error-proof by Supervisors, and with a much greater power to prove the problems identified.
The work with the Easy Checklist began in the second half of 2014. On that time, we still used spreadsheets to perform the audits and we had no idea how a tool could improve the management of our franchise network. However, once we started using Easy Checklist, we started to see the advantages.
In the past, to get information about the network, we needed to extract reports manually through the spreadsheets. Today it is enough to access the system and all the information is at our disposal. We began to photograph the record of how our more than 180 units really are, something that was not done before, greatly improving the perception of the Board.
When it is necessary to discuss a specific franchise case, we access the system reports and analyze the audit performed to verify the problems that have been recorded. Today the Easy Checklist is our main tool for dealing with the franchises.

Besides organizing the audits that we already had, the Easy Checklist helped us in coming up with new checklists ideas, that brought plenty of agility in our operations.
We already had the culture of applying audits, but many of them were still Excel sheets or a system that we had, generating difficulty in agility and in presenting the results. Today it is online.
Another great evolution to us was the way to apply checklists. Using the app was quite simple because almost cell phone solves the problem, besides the shoot option, photo edition, comments and action plans.
The report slide presentation is also used for us in doing conferences because it is possible to view everything on one screen.
In the past, each Medical Center daily sent a Unit Closure Report via email. This report aimed to inform indicators and impacts of support areas.
I migrated this process to the Easy Checklist, eliminating more than 250 emails per week, ensuring standardization and historical basis of this monitoring routine.
All areas that need this monitoring already access it via “Reports” in the tool itself.
