The purpose of this term is to inform the reasons why we request your data on the website www.checklistfacil.com

We warn you that if you don’t agree with the content of this policy, it's not recommended that you register your information.

About data collection

Data provided by you: We collect personally identifiable information, such as name, surname, telephone, e-mail, the company where you work, and position, by completing the contact form or downloading our free content. Eventually, we may contact you directly to request specific information.

Site navigation information: When you visit our site, a ‘cookie’ is inserted into your browser using the Google Analytics software, to identify how often you return to our address. Information is collected anonymously, such as IP address, geographic location, reference source, browser type, duration of visit and pages visited.

 We use software to measure the quality and effectiveness of our system, in order to constantly improve it. This feature can record usage information, such as events that happen within the app, aggregated usage, performance and download data, your city location, the device model and version, the device identifier (or "UDID"), the operating system version, and your login credentials in Easy Checklist.

Personal information that you send within the App may be used internally. We do this to improve the services we offer and improve our analytics and website functionality.

About the use of your personal information

This term allows CHECKLIST FÁCIL SISTEMA LTDA to use your information, exclusively for internal use. We do not provide your information to third parties.

CHECKLIST FÁCIL SISTEMA LTDA employees may, eventually, contact you via email or telephone to present products and services. These data can also be used to send newsletters, always related to the Easy Checklist, or another system developed by CHECKLIST FÁCIL SISTEMA LTDA.

Your personal information can be accessed only by the employees of CHECKLIST FÁCIL SISTEMA LTDA. No data may be publicly disclosed.

About sharing content on social media

By clicking on the content sharing buttons on the social networks available on our pages, the user will be publishing the content through his profile on the selected network. CHECKLIST FÁCIL SISTEMA LTDA does not have access to the login and password of users on these networks, and will not publish content on behalf of the user without the user performing this action.

CHECKLIST FÁCIL SISTEMA LTDA makes available to its customers, through the Easy Checklist software, tools for processes management, reports, and the personal information of users with our customers keep relationships.

However, CHECKLIST FÁCIL SISTEMA LTDA does not control the information requested using its system. This data belongs to the customers who use, disclose, and protect it, following their privacy policies. They are also responsible for collecting, managing, and processing confidential information.

About canceling your subscription and changing / deleting personal information

You can choose to no longer receive any type of email from CHECKLIST FÁCIL SISTEMA LTDA. In every email we send, there is always a link available on the bottom lines to unsubscribe. When you click on this link, you will be automatically unsubscribed from the list.

It's important to mention that, when filling in any form again, the re-insertion of your email to the list will be characterized. Therefore, the cancellation request must be made again if it's your interest.

To change your personal information or even delete it from our database, just send an email to marketing@checklistfacil.com.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy can be updated. Therefore, we recommend visiting this page periodically so that you are aware of the changes.

For privacy reasons, European citizens have the right to request that their personal information be removed from the Easy Checklist database, following applicable laws (EU Privacy Law). When providing your information, please fill in correctly.

Remove Partial Data

You can request the removal of specific data from our database. To request the removal of your personal information, send a request to marketing@checklistfacil.com.

Remove Data Completely

You can request the removal of all your data from our database. To request the removal of personal information in its entirety, send a request to marketing@checklistfacil.com.

Request Portability

To request portability, simply provide the email address of the company that wants to send data. After your request, we will analyze whether the institutional email is valid. Within 72 hours, from the requested date, we will send a copy of your data from our database by email. Soon after, your data will be completely deleted from the CHECKLIST FÁCIL SISTEMA LTDA database. The request can be sent to marketing@checklistfacil.com.

Resend Data

In this email, you will receive a copy of all your data that is part of the database of CHECKLIST FÁCIL SISTEMA LTDA. To order a copy, send your request to marketing@checklistfacil.com.

Data Removal Security

To verify the suitability of the person requesting the deletion of the data, after their request, we will analyze the privacy rights and the data sent for identification. For example, the data removal may be refused if we identify that it is an act of impersonating another person or hiding legal information, to harm a third party (competition, company, customers, leads, etc.).

Easy Checklist will use this information only to analyze and document the authenticity of your request and will delete the copy within 72 hours from the removal date request unless legally required by the contract. (EU Privacy Law).
